How we build

From an idea
to a live system.

Follow the engineering journey behind a modern ATC project — sixteen stages of one continuous system. The code, logs and dashboards along the way are illustrative demos, not client data.

  1. 01 / 16 · Discovery

    Discovery

Every system starts with a question: what problem are we actually solving? We map the business workflow, the users and the constraints before anything is designed.

  2. 02 / 16 · System architecture

    Architecture

We design the shape of the system — which parts exist, how they talk and where data lives — so it can grow without being rebuilt. Select a component to see what it does.

    APIs

An API is a contract. Every request is authenticated, validated and handled predictably — and every response says exactly what happened.

  15. 15 / 16 · Security

    Security

Security is a set of habits, not a badge. These are the practices built into every project we ship.

    Authentication
Verify who is making every request.
    Authorisation
Check what they’re allowed to do.
    Input validation
Reject malformed data at the edge.
    Secrets
Keys live in vaults, never in code.
    HTTPS
    Encrypted in transit, everywhere.
    Access control
Least privilege for people and services.
    Backups
    Automated and encrypted.
    Monitoring
Logs and alerts for unusual activity.
  16. 16 / 16 · Scale

    Scale

When traffic grows, the system grows with it: a load balancer spreads requests across more servers, and adds capacity when it’s needed.

About ATC

We turn technology into business systems.

ATC — Aasha Tech Coders — is a software engineering team based in Hyderabad, India. We work with founders, growing businesses and larger organisations that need more than a website: products, platforms and systems that do real work.

We take responsibility for the whole lifecycle you just scrolled through — discovery, architecture, design, code, infrastructure and what happens after launch. That’s what we mean by a technology partner.

Aasha means hope. Our motto — code today, a brighter tomorrow — is a simple promise: the work we do now should make your business stronger later.

FAQ

Before you
reach out.

What is ATC Aasha Tech Coders?

ATC (Aasha Tech Coders) is a software development company based in Hyderabad, India. One engineering team designs, builds and runs websites, web and mobile apps, AI assistants, business automation and cloud systems — from the first idea to a live system in production.

What services does ATC offer?

Web development, mobile app development (Android, iOS and Flutter), backend and API engineering, AI development including AI agents and LLM integrations, business automation, cloud and DevOps, UI/UX design, and custom software such as CRMs, admin panels and business portals.

Where is ATC located, and do you work with clients outside India?

ATC is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and works with clients worldwide, remotely. We work in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Can ATC build an AI assistant or AI agent for my business?

Yes. We build AI assistants and agents that answer from your own documents and data using retrieval-augmented generation, take approved actions through your existing APIs, and hand off to a person whenever they are unsure.

How much does a project cost?

Cost depends on scope. After a free 30-minute discovery call you get a written scope and a fixed, milestone-based quote, so you know the price before any work starts.

How do we start working together?

Send a project request below or message us on WhatsApp. We schedule a free 30-minute discovery call, then send a written scope and milestone-based quote. There’s no obligation before that.

Who owns the code and IP after launch?

You do, fully. Every project ships with complete source code, documentation and infrastructure under your own accounts. We never hold your product on our accounts or private repositories.

What’s a realistic timeline?

It depends on scope. A focused MVP typically takes a few weeks; multi-module platforms and AI integrations take longer. You get a milestone-based timeline in writing before work starts.

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes. We can join as an embedded engineering pod alongside your team, or take over an existing codebase for continued development, refactoring or a cloud overhaul.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign NDAs before detailed technical discussions on request, and can work under formal data-handling and security agreements.

What happens after launch?

Fixed-scope projects include a 30-day bug-fix window. After that, many clients continue month to month for monitoring, updates and new features — with no long-term lock-in.

Have an idea?

Let’s turn it into a working system.
