Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026. The terms governing software delivery, SaaS products, engagement scopes, and technical services provided by ATC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, websites, digital applications, or technical deliverables provided by ATC (Aasha Tech Coders), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Engineering Engagements & Deliverables

ATC delivers specialized engineering services across three standard structures:

  • Project Sprints: Fixed-scope software or AI build with written deliverables, milestones, and defined acceptance criteria.
  • Growth Partner Retainers: Month-to-month continuous engineering, cloud maintenance, and feature development with no long-term vendor lock-in.
  • Enterprise & Consulting: Dedicated engineering teams, security reviews, architecture advisory, and custom SLAs.

3. IP Ownership & Code Handover

ATC affirms that upon full settlement of project milestone invoices, the client retains 100% exclusive intellectual property rights, source code, database architectures, and associated assets created specifically for the client's build. Open-source dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0).

4. Warranty & 30-Day Bug-Fix Guarantee

All fixed-scope Project Sprints delivered by ATC include a 30-day post-launch warranty window. Any bugs or regressions identified within the original agreed-upon scope during this window are remediated promptly with zero additional hourly billing.

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Invoices are issued based on agreed project milestones or monthly billing cycles. Payments are accepted via direct wire transfer, UPI, or international corporate payment gateways. Late payments exceeding 30 calendar days may result in temporary suspension of active infrastructure management.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ATC, its founders, or engineers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party cloud provider downtime (e.g. AWS, Cloudflare, OpenAI API outages) beyond our reasonable direct control.
